This is why female golfers must take into account that most of the power in their swing is generated from the core and not their arms. So, in order to produce more power in your swing, you have to put your full body into it. If you make a good turn on impact, there is a good possibility that you can make the ball go a long way. Of course you also have the option to get more strength by doing golfer exercises, but that will take time. However, you should not sidestep this because it can provide advantages in other parts of your life too.

Sometimes, playing a better game of golf is all about being impartial and pinpointing your strengths and weaknesses. If you are truly honest with yourself, you will be able to identify which areas need improvement and pay attention to them. Although you will not see results immediately, this method will really make your golf game much better.
